How the QuickBooks Online integration works
- Connect in one click. From BlueApe's Integrations page, click the Connect to QuickBooks button and approve access on Intuit's secure consent screen. No passwords are shared with BlueApe — the connection uses Intuit's OAuth 2.0.
- BlueApe learns your books. Customers, vendors, items, and open balances flow in so quotes and orders start from the data you already have.
- Everything stays in sync. When a quote becomes an order and ships, BlueApe creates the matching invoice in QuickBooks Online. Bills, payments, customers, and products stay consistent across both systems — no re-keying.
